He asks his passengers a variety of questions, keeps a file and then when he finds someone he thinks would make a good match, he introduces them. Apparently, 19 of his couples have stayed together for over one year. He started match-making three years ago when a woman got into his cab who was crying because she had just broken up with her boyfriend. Three days later he picked up a man who he thought would be a good match, and the rest is history.
